Introduction
 

1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the AMP Select Book promotion (the Promotion) and run from 19 November 2024 to 10 December 2024 (the Promotion Period). By participating in the Promotion as an Eligible Person, you agree to these terms.

2. The Promotion is being offered by AMP Services (NZ) Limited (AMP), with registered offices at 29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.   

3. In these Terms “you” or “your” refers to the reader or participant in the Promotion. 

What's the offer?
 

4. If an Eligible Person receives the AMP Select email that references the AMP Select Hannah McQueen Book promotion and clicks on the “Enter now” to win email button that they want to enter the draw during the Promotion Period they will go in the draw to win a copy of Hannah McQueen’s book “Kill your Mortgage & Sort your Retirement”. There is one entry into the draw.  

Who is eligible for the Promotion?
 

5. The Promotion is only open to Eligible Persons. A person is an Eligible Person if you:

i. are a member of AMP Select during the Promotion Period;

ii. be aged 18 or over

iii. receive the AMP Select email that references the AMP Select Hannah McQueen Book Promotion and clicked on the “enter now” to win email button

iv. not be a member of staff of AMP Services (NZ) Limited or an immediate family member of staff. 

The Prize Draw
 

6. There will be one Prize-Draw. The Prize-Draw will be made on the 10 December 2024 (Draw Date).

7. The winner of the Prize-Draw will be drawn at random from a pool of all Eligible Persons. The first 100 Eligible Persons whose name is drawn will be the “Prize Winner”.

8. The Prize Winner will be contacted by AMP using the email address and phone number the Prize Winner recorded on the Prize Winners AMP account when entering this Prize-Draw.

9. The Prize will be sent to the Prize Winner within 21 business days of receipt of acknowledgment from the Prize Winner.

10.   If AMP are unable to contact the Prize Winner after a period of four weeks following the Draw Date, having made reasonable efforts to do so, that person’s entry will be declared invalid, and the Prize will be forfeited.

11. AMP reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this Promotion or change these Terms at any time and in its complete discretion. Any revision to these Terms will apply to all applications for membership of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme submitted after the date the revised Terms were published.  

12. If AMP determines in its sole discretion that you have failed to comply with these Terms in any way, AMP may take any action it considers appropriate, including excluding you from further participation in this Promotion or any future similar promotions AMP may run.  

13. In respect of any dispute regarding the Promotion or the payment of the prize to an Eligible Person, AMP’s decision is final.  

14. By taking part in the Promotion, you acknowledge that in making this Promotion available to you, AMP has not made any recommendations and has not given any opinions or financial advice. The information provided in relation to the Promotion is of a general nature and does not constitute financial or other professional advice. 16. AMP, its agents and employees, and any companies related to AMP including AMP Wealth Management New Zealand Limited, are not liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with this Promotion.

17. No claim may be made against AMP, its agents and employees, and any companies related to AMP including AMP Wealth Management New Zealand Limited, in connection with any extension, change or termination AMP may make to any of the Terms of this Promotion.

18. This promotional offer is not in conjunction with any other gift-with-purchase offers or discounts.
