Make your claim online and provide detail on the event and it's impact. Providing your policy number and as much detail of the event usually helps to speed things up.
We'll assess your claim and get in contact with you to let you know the outcome, next steps or if they need some more information.
Once your claim is approved we will work on putting things right. We'll be in touch to organise payment (if any is required) and work with suppliers to get you back to where you started.
When you're insured with us, we offer a lifetime guarantee on repairs when you use an approved repairer. Find an approved repairer to book in your repairs with.
If you have a broken car windscreen or window, you can skip the claim process and go straight to Novus or Smith & Smith to get it repaired. You just need to provide your policy number.
