From 10 October 2020, Superannuation Master Trust (SMT) customers will no longer be able to access the SMT Customer Portal.
If you are one of the small number of SMT customers who use the portal to find out your balance and transaction history, you can now find this information out by:
• Emailing our Client Services team on investments@amp.co.nz OR
• Calling our Client Services team on 0800 808 801 (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday) OR
• Referring to your annual statement (You will receive your annual statement around November each year for the previous financial year ending 30 September)
